2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines start after the processing period mentioned above.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

[Insanity Clozet] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

[Insanity Clozet] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pre-Order Policy

1. Shipping Timelines

Items marked as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock. These items are expected to ship within 1 to 3 weeks from your order date.

  • Note: While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, these dates are estimates and are subject to change due to production or shipping delays. We will notify you via email if there is a significant change to your expected delivery window.

2. Payment

Payment for pre-order items is collected in full at the time of checkout. This secures your item and ensures it is reserved specifically for you during the production process.

3. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

  • If you would like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Because pre-orders are often manufactured or reserved based on specific order counts:

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to production and cannot be canceled.

5. Returns & Exchanges
